Sundays @ 10:30 am (begins Sept 15)
Celebrate is the anchor service on Sunday mornings—that is, it is the most typical worship gathering employing the Evangelical Lutheran Worship book.
This service has a traditional worship shape of Gathering (coming together in the name of Jesus), Word (listening to scripture read and proclaimed, and responding in prayer), Meal (sharing the Lord’s Supper), and Sending (going in the Peace of God to serve our neighbors).
Although Celebrate is the more traditional of our worship gatherings, it is anything but conventional.
Our music is a blend of traditional and old-tried-and-trues and more contemporary songs and settings. Celebrate gatherings are enhanced by the adult anthem choir and the hand-bell choir.
PreK-Grade 6 Sunday School coincides with the Celebrate service. Children are dismissed to their classes for the Word portion of the worship gathering, and rejoin their families in time for sharing the Sacred Meal. Click here for more information on our Sunday School Program.
The Celebrate service includes assigned Assistant Worship Leaders, Readers, Ushers, Acolytes, and Table Guild.
