Saint Stephen Youth Continue to Be a Gift to Others

The youth at Saint Stephen Lutheran Church have been giving a lot of their time lately. On Sunday, December 4th, the youth group and some adult volunteers wrapped and sorted over a hundred sweatshirts for area veterans. Sweats for Vets collects these sweatshirts and distributes them to local veterans in need. Youth and congregation members donated some sweatshirts, too.

This past Sunday, December 11th, the Saint Stephen's youth group joined Lutheran Inter-Parish Youth of Central Massachusetts (LIPY) in buying gifts for area children. The youth had a budget from which they purchased items at a nearby Walmart with a specific child in mind. Thanks to some very generous donations, lots of children will be having a happy Christmas.
